You have three options to collect your race materials …

Race packet pickup (or Registration) is the process where you get all your race materials so you are fully ready to participate in the event. These include your all-important race number – which must be worn on your chest throughout the event – and timing tag – which must be tied into the shoelaces of either shoe.

#1 Courier

For a small fee, you can elect to have your race packs sent to you by courier – easy eh?

NOTE: The courier delivery option expires 3 weeks before race day. Please check the important dates page to see if it is still available!

#2: Pre Race

We strongly encourage all participants who do not opt for courier delivery to attend pre-race registration and get yourself sorted before race day. This is an easy and relaxed way for you to pick up your gear and lets you get ready for the race the night before without any worries or stress. See below for info.

#3: Race Day

If you absolutely cannot attend pre-race registration then you can register from 6:00am onwards at the Coatesville Scenic Reserve. However, you should allow extra time for this and be prepared to queue. If you do register on race morning we cannot guarantee you will receive a race pack.
